At Rushmart, we strive to ensure that your shopping experience is smooth and satisfactory. As we source products in real-time from our partner stores in Tura, certain situations may require cancellations or refunds. Please read our policy below.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled by the customer before they are picked by a delivery agent.
Orders that are already out for delivery may not be eligible for cancellation.
Rushmart reserves the right to cancel any order due to unavailability, delivery issues, or operational limitations. Customers will be notified promptly.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are applicable in the following situations:
Item is out of stock or unavailable after order placement
Order was cancelled before delivery
You received a damaged, expired, or incorrect item (reported at the time of delivery)
Refund Process
Customers must raise a refund request within 24 hours of delivery by contacting our support team.
Once approved, refunds are processed within 24–48 hours.
Refunds are credited back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via UPI or bank transfer upon confirmation.
Conditions
No refunds are issued for correctly delivered products unless reported damaged or incorrect immediately on delivery.
Substituted items will only be refunded if they are incorrect, damaged, or rejected and returned at the time of delivery.
Refunds are subject to verification and approval by Rushmart.
