Refund and Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before they are picked by the delivery agent.
Once an order is out for delivery, cancellation may not be possible.
If a product is unavailable or undeliverable, Rushmart may cancel the item or order and initiate a refund.

Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled by the customer before they are picked by a delivery agent.
Orders that are already out for delivery may not be eligible for cancellation.
Rushmart reserves the right to cancel any order due to unavailability, delivery issues, or operational limitations. Customers will be notified promptly.
Return and Exchange Policy
Due to the nature of quick commerce and perishability of items, returns and exchanges are limited to specific cases:

Customers must inspect the items at the time of delivery. If any issue is found:

Refunds are credited back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via UPI or bank transfer upon confirmation.
Conditions
